The filter cartridge is used to filter the gas so that the gas meets the emission standards. When the dust accumulates to a certain extent on the outer surface of the filter cartridge and the equipment resistance reaches the specified value, a pulse valve is used for precise spraying and cleaning to restore the filter cartridge's filtering capacity. Because a single filter cartridge has a larger filtering area than a single filter bag of the same specification, the dust collector using the filter cartridge can reduce the floor space and engineering cost. Due to the large number of pleats in the filter cartridge, the filtration wind speed is required to be as low as possible, generally below 0.8m/min. The dust collector using the filter cartridge requires that the collected dust has the properties of evacuation and non-caking, and can be easily removed by the spraying airflow. This product is suitable for precise filtration of dusty flue gas to ensure that the flue gas emission concentration is less than 8mg/Nm3. This product is suitable for various gas treatment conditions such as steel plants, power plants, cement plants, and food plants. This product is not suitable for treating occasions where the volume ratio of moisture content in the flue gas exceeds 10% and the dust has hygroscopic and hardened properties, because excessive moisture and dust hardening will cause the filter cartridge to fail. In order to handle more flue gas, the dust collector can be made into a compartment structure. Due to the limitation of the filter cartridge material, the operating temperature of the filter cartridge dust collector generally does not exceed 150°C, and the filter cartridge with a higher operating temperature is still under development. In addition, gases containing more corrosive and acidic substances are not suitable for filter cartridge dust removal for the time being. The air volume under treatment conditions is Q = 50,000-1.2 million m3/h, the resistance loss is less than 1200Pa, and the filtration wind speed is 0.6-1.0m/min. The dust concentration at the inlet of the equipment is less than 50g/Nm3, and the discharge concentration at the outlet is less than 8mg/Nm3. The temperature of the treated gas can be below 150℃.
