Product description/purpose/applicable people

The filter bag is used to filter the gas so that the gas meets the emission standards. The device is equipped with an eccentric camshaft mechanical vibration device, which is connected to the movable vibration frame at the bottom of the filter bag through the vibration shaft. When the dust on the surface of the filter bag reaches a certain level and the equipment resistance rises to the specified value, the mechanical vibration device is started to vibrate the bottom frame of the filter bag. The vibration force is transmitted to the filter bag, causing the filter bag to vibrate and shake off the dust on the outer surface of the filter bag. The filter bag support of this type of dust collector adopts an inserted flat or cylindrical porous metal separator. This product is suitable for precise filtration of dusty flue gas to ensure that the flue gas emission concentration is less than 8mg/Nm3. This product is suitable for processing hardware workshops, flour mills, textile mills, and other working conditions where the flue dust is fluffy and not easy to compact. This product can be customized according to customer requirements.



Product Parameters

The air volume Q of the treatment condition is less than 50,000 m3/h, the resistance loss is less than 1200Pa, and the filtration wind speed is 0.6-1.0m/min. The dust concentration at the inlet of the equipment is less than 50g/Nm3, and the discharge concentration at the outlet is less than 8mg/Nm3. The temperature of the treated gas can be below 100℃.
