Product description/purpose/applicable people

The filter bags are arranged in a circular ring with the rotating shaft as the center. A maximum of 20 rings can be arranged. The rotating shaft is a cylindrical structure with a compressed air channel inside. The compressed air is blown into the filter bag through the blowing arm near the top of the filter bag. The compressed air uses low-pressure and high-flow gas, generally with a pressure of 0.01MPa and a maximum flow of about 20Nm3/min. The blowing rotating mechanism rotates in unison. When the equipment pressure reaches a certain value, the pulse valve of the gas tank at the top of the rotating shaft opens, and the large-flow gas is blown to the filter bag. The filter bag adopts an elliptical structure. This product is particularly suitable for treating occasions with high concentrations of dust in the flue gas, such as the collection of flue gas dust after lime semi-dry desulfurization. The dust collector suitable for the flue gas properties treated by the customer can be customized according to customer requirements. This product is suitable for precise filtration of dust-containing flue gas to ensure that the flue gas emission concentration is less than 8mg/Nm3. This product can also be used to treat occasions with low dust concentrations. This product is suitable for various gas treatment conditions such as steel plants, power plants, and cement plants. This product has certain requirements for the flue gas temperature, which is generally between 120-250℃. In order to meet the occasions of handling large amounts of flue gas, the dust collector can be made into a building block combination structure.



Product Parameters

The air volume under treatment conditions is Q = 200,000-1.2 million m3/h, the resistance loss is less than 1200Pa, and the filtration wind speed is 0.6-1.0m/min. The dust concentration at the equipment inlet is less than 1000g/Nm3, and the discharge concentration at the outlet is less than 8mg/Nm3. The temperature of the treated gas can be between 120-250℃.
